The list of substances and products in food, due to their allergenic effect, are included in the following 14 substances and products, ACCORDING to regulation (EU) 1169/2011 and the EFET circular 20303/22-12-2014

(e.g. wheat, barley, oats, rye, etc.) and products based on these types of grains
2. CRUSTACEANS
i.e. shellfish, e.g. shrimp, etc.
3. EGGS and egg-based products
4. FISH and fish products
5. PEANUTS
(i.e. peanuts) and peanut-based products
6. SOY and soy-based products
7. MILK and dairy products
(including lactose)
8. TREE NUTS
(i.e. nuts such as almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pistachios etc. and their products)
9. CELERY and products derived from celery
10. MUSTARD and products thereof (e.g. mustard sauce)
11. SESAME SEEDS and products derived from sesame
12. SULPHUR DIOXIDE AND SULPHITES
(preservative found in some foods, such as wine)
13. LUPIN and products thereof
14. MOLLUSCS
(i.e. squid, cuttlefish, etc.) and their products
ATTENTION: All products are complex, consist of many ingredients and are manufactured in common production areas. Therefore, the possibility of an allergenic agent other than those listed cannot be excluded in any of the products.
